WEDI SNIP proudly announces a three-part audiocast series designed for the small provider:  A Cure for Your HIPAA Headache: A Practical Approach Towards Successful Compliance.   

This three-part audiocast series has been designed for small provider organizations who need practical, hands-on information to guide them through the HIPAA readiness process.  The series summarizes HIPAA in terms the small provider can understand, clearly defining the impact of the legislation on their business practices and outlining practical steps for implementing the requirements. 

How Can HIPAA Improve Your Cash Flow?

Take advantage of HIPAA to maximize your cash flow and minimize administrative waste!  This audiocast provides a practical look at how HIPAA affects your day-to-day business activities such as billing and coding requirements, and highlights the benefits to your practice (it will save you money!). Learn the positive impacts of HIPAA on the way you check patient eligibility and benefits, submit claims, referrals and pre-certifications, check on the status of a claim, referral or pre-certification and receive payments.  This program describes a practical, step-by-step approach for becoming 'HIPAA Ready', including basic questions you should ask your vendor.  This audiocast will also provide participants with instructions for filing for a HIPAA extension.
