Trading Partner Agreements White Paper, Version 1.0

The Business Sub Work-Group of the SNIP Transactions Work-Group has identified two Trading Partner Agreement topics where clarification and a common understanding across the health care industry will facilitate implementation of the HIPAA Standards for Electronic Transactions final rule. The purpose of this white paper is to document these topics and to propose clarifications.
