HITECH Updates Subworkgroup

Scope of Work: The HITECH Updates SWG will serve to conduct initial review of the HITECH regulations immediate to their publication. Work products will include the revision of the SWG charter as necessary, revision of the 2009 HITECH Updates White Paper, and review of all final requirements (Omnibus is expected to be substantial). The work plan will also include the review of existing white paper documents for revision (such as Privacy and Security Policy/Procedure documents).
