Business Associates Subworkgroup

Scope of Work: The Business Associates SWG focuses on, (but is not limited to), the Breach rules, the notification process, and industry reports/enforcement information. Planned work efforts include the development of a white paper addressing the harm component, template documents, and the review of existing WEDI resources to reflect the new regulations. Efforts will also consider NIST resources.
