Impact Assessment Subworkgroup

Scope of Work: The scope includes Identify how to assess the impact of ICD-10 on the business and IT of key stakeholders for the purpose of communicating findings, risks and mitigation strategies, and providing education. Identify activities, risks, and education associated with the impact assessment of the ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS medical code sets (ICD-10) for business operations, infrastructure, and applications which would include clinical, administrative, and technical areas as applicable.
