Enforcement Subworkgroup

Scope of Work: The Enforcement SWG will focus on all areas related to enforcement of HIPAA. Planned work includes the review and potential revision of several existing WEDI resource documents addressing enforcement, preemption, complaints, audit trails and evaluation). The SWG members will also have input on the SWGs charter and goals.
