This town hall discussion will be touching on a variety of topics including the future of the federally-facilitated and state-based marketplaces, the 2015 changes to Qualified Health Plan certification requirements, shared services models, and transition challenges for the upcoming year. We are hoping for a lively and interactive session. SPEAKERS Robin Chacon is a Senior Principal with CSG and serves as a Client Executive and Project Advisor. She is a thought leader in health IT and reform initiatives and a health and human services subject matter expert. Robin leads the CSG Program Innovation Center of Excellence, leveraging her leadership and project management skills, and her Medicaid program administration and implementation expertise. She has a unique understanding of Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) programs and the ACA. She has led HIX planning and procurement services, PMO support, and IV&V services engagements for multiple state agencies across the nation. She also serves as Board Chair for the Private Sector Technology Group. Sheila Cooper is a Principal for CSG and serves as a Client Executive and HIX Subject Matter Expert. Leveraging over 18 years of state government experience, her background includes wide-ranging work in Medicaid including experience with health insurance exchanges (HIX), Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), HIPAA EDI, and Medicaid managed care. She provides subject matter expertise to states transitioning from the federally-facilitated market place model and has assisted in all aspects of planning for a state-based marketplace. Sheila also serves as the lead for the CSG HIX Center of Excellence, as well as the co-chair for the WEDI HIX sub-workgroup.
