WEDI Submitted comments to the Request for Information entitled: “Advanced Explanation of Benefits and Good Faith Estimate for Covered Individuals” released by the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and the Treasury and Office of Personnel Management (OPM). In our comments, WEDI provided feedback specifically on the issues related to the Advanced Explanation of Benefits (AEOB) and Good Faith Estimate (GFE) as well as offered our perspectives on a new approach to addressing the data exchange requirements of the No Surprises Act.
