However, the healthcare industry has recently begun to galvanize around transformative paradigm shifts aimed at optimizing the transparency, value, personalization, efficiency, and integration of services. In today’s environment, it is critical for stakeholders to understand their role in the changing healthcare ecosystem and to develop a multi-tiered, data-driven, and consumer-focused strategy that can be scaled to ultimately drive more value and sustainability.
This primer will briefly illustrate how trends in consumerization and technology are transforming healthcare, and outline key challenges and opportunities on the road ahead.
