Day 1 highlighted key improvements in healthcare technology, information exchanges, enhancements on quality of care, and cost reduction in the American healthcare system. Conversations began with our keynote speaker, Dr. Donald Rucker, National Coordinator for Health Information Technology followed by, David B.
